Configuration

This module defines the built-in semiliterate defaults and the helpers that load user YAML into the normalized runtime configuration.

Notes

• DEFAULT_CONFIG keeps the extractor patterns and default include rules
• load_config overlays YAML values onto the defaults
• normalize_config merges include_extra and ignore_extra
